SEARCH VS. QUICK URL Currently we have two “search” windows, one for search and one for Quick URL’s. We would like to have the search and Quick URL search fields combined.
CAMPUS LINKS We realize that the campus community has asked that we keep access to these links. It would be nice to be able to pick only the links that are needed instead seeing the whole list.
PORTLETS Some portlets are not loading properly. Other Portlets don’t fit the window they are trying to fill.
MOBILE BROWSER Feedback from users indicates they would prefer a more esthetically pleasing interface. When opened it is difficult to navigate without enlarging the screen.
CURRENT SIGN IN CONFUSING Many individuals do not recognize they need to sign in. Instead they go directly to the links which are leading them to a dead end. Clicking the “Welcome to myBYU” link leads the user to a very “wordy” page. Clicking “Campus Links” takes the user to an error page.
REQUESTS FOR MYBYU TO BE AN APP. We have a need for a mobile app for MyBYU and not just a mobile webpage. The mobile webpage is slow rendering while a mobile app seems to load quickly. It would be nice to have campus links in an app.
