Feudal Societies Share Common Elements Europe was not the only place that had feudalism. A very similar system existed in Japan. Read the two paragraphs under Lords and Vassals on page 512. Write down how the feudal systems in Europe and Japan were similar and different. –5 similarities –2 differences
