UWBRAD Flight Plan Update July 2015 Assumptions Flight Window: Mid March to Late April 2015 Mission Time is from Calgary and Return (April 22, 2014 Letter from Borek) Total Mission Duration is 40 hours Assume 20 hours for transit and Calgary test flight Assume 20 hours for Survey Assume conservative 150 knots ground speed Include 1 check out flight to northern core sites Include Core Site Flight modified for Aquifer sites Include 1 optional sea ice / ice cap flight Include 1 options Dye 3/ western aquifer flight Optional flights also provide weather delay contingency for higher priority flights Need to allow for 1 circular flight with about 25 km radius about GISP/GRIP (not included here)
