2 Texas Home Tiering  This applies to HA policies ONLY.  The tier is based on the customer’s “Insurance Score” or credit score ONLY.  All new business will be placed in LMFIC [policy number series will remain the same].  The new “tier tool” will be available The Texas Tier program is designed to place Homeowners, HA, new business customers in one of six credit based tiers within the Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company. 3 ePORT – Equifax Texas Tiering Tool To access ePORT: Open Internet Explorer session. Input the ePORT address listed above. Save this site to your favorites for easy access.

4 ePORT Customer Login Screen 1. Enter Company ID Enter User ID - Initial of 1st name, followed by last name 3. Enter Password – liberty1 4. Click * Password is case sensitive cmowry liberty1

5 After logging in the first time, the User is prompted to change their Password. The User must also answer a “Challenge Question.” 1. All Users will enter ‘phoenix’ as the Challenge Question response. 2. Click ‘Submit’ phoenix

6 “Welcome to ePORT” screen: Click ‘eDecision Power’ link.

7 “Welcome to eDecision” screen: Click the ‘Go’ link.

8 On the “Equifax Point Assessment” screen: Miscellaneous Questions will pre-fill with ‘N.’ Input customer’s First Name, Last Name, Social Security # [no dashes], City, and State Click ‘Submit.’ NOTE: If customer declines to provide SSN, a provisional rate will be provided using a level 3 tier. If the customer wants to purchase the policy, the ISC must run the Equifax to obtain a tier prior to binding the policy.

9 “Equifax Point Assessment” screen: 1. Input customer’s First Name, Last Name, Social Security # (no dashes), City and State. 2. Click Submit (Miscellaneous Questions will pre-fill with “N”) Joe Customer PhoenixAZ
