X3 4 Corner S.U. Pregame w/ Extra Shot X4 X2X1 C S2 S1 P4 P3 P2 P1 Drill Details: Drill starts with X1 passing to X2 than X1 sets high pick for X2. X2 passes to X3 and proceeds to time cut off the pick set by X1. X3 feeds to X4 who turns quickly and passes to X2 coming off pick. X2 shoots after receiving ball from X4. X1 opens up after setting pick to receive a pass from Coach and then shoots. Should switch to other side for lefty cuts and shots Keys of Drill: 1.Quick movement to ball and quick passing to next player. 2.Solid pick with strong move using pick. 3.X2 must time cut to the ball and use of pick. 4.Overhand shots on the move.

X3 Dodge & Shoot: Both Sides High & Low X4 X2X1 S2 S1 Drill Details: X1 and X2 go at same time and do a quick split dodge on cone. Both X1 and X2 go from inside hand to outside hand and shoot on move. After they shoot, X3 and X4 sprint to cone and do an inner roll dodge. After dodge they must work on close in fakes and shoot. Rotate clockwise. Keys of Drill: 1.Work on split dodge and inner roll dodge. 2.Must use outside hands for shots. 3.Top positions to work on shooting with jumping style. 4.Freezing goalies with change of planes and body fakes for attack moves. S4 S3

Stationary Knee Bend Shooting Drill S1 Drill Details: Each player takes a knee and starts with right knee down for right shot. Left foot should be pointing at the net. Ball is placed in stick by player behind the shooter. Shooter fires on coaches whistle. Take three shots and switch shooter and placer. Go to left hand after rotation. Keys of Drill: 1.Insure toe pointed at net. 2.Focus on good rotation and twist of core stomach muscles. 3.Insure hand is placed lower on stick for good whip of shot. 4.Insure full follow through after shot to a point where stick is hitting ground. X3 Three Corner Shooting - Terps X2X1 S1 P3 P2 P1 Drill Details: Drill starts with X1 passing to X2. X2 passes to X3 and X3 passes to cutting X1. X1 shoots after receiving pass from X3. Go Right and then Left. Can also start ball at X3 and have attack finish low. Rotation is clockwise. Keys of Drill: 1.Quick movement to ball and quick passing to next player. 2.Cut hard to the opposite pipe looking for pass. 3.Quick release of ball after catching pass. 4.Use both hands and insure passing across body.

X3 Triangle Shooting: Hopkins X1 X2 S1 P2 P1 Drill Details: Drill starts with X1 passing to X2 curling from “x” behind net. X2 passes to X3 who does strong “v” cut on defender (cone). X3 shoots after receiving pass from X2. Switch to other side after ½ time. Rotation is counter - clockwise. Keys of Drill: 1.Hard cut from “x” in outside hand. 2.X3 must time cut to receive pass as X2 is approaching GLE. 3.Quick release of ball for shot after catching pass. 4.Use both hands and insure passing across body. 5. Everyone needs to be moving to catch and throw.

X3 Give N Go Drills - Navy X4 X1 P2 P1 Drill Details: Drill starts with X1 and X2 passing down to X3 and X4 respectively. X3 and X4 meet the ball and pass back for a quick give and go shot. Rotate on same side only with X3 and X1 rotation. Switch side after ¼ drill. Move balls to X3 and X4 after ½ drill for attack shots. Keys of Drill: 1.Quick movement to ball with quick release of shot. 2.Movement to the ball with strong cuts to attack. 3.Cutters must use outside hands for shooting. 4.Passing should also be in outside hand. X2 S1 P1 S1 P2

X3 Elbow Jumpers X1 X2 S1 P2P1 Drill Details: Drill starts with X1 cutting towards X2 and receiving pass for quick shot. X1 then must reset to top cone and then cut towards X3 for next shot. X1 goes for two rotations (4 shots). Rotate clockwise. Keys of Drill: 1.Hard cut from X1 in outside hand towards feeder and pipe. 2.X2 and X3 passing in outside hand. 3.Quick release of shots. 4.No stopping to catch ball. Quick reset by X1 to top cone after each shot. S2

D2 D-Pole Slides C G Drill Details: All defenders in line hold stick vertical with butt end on ground and in outside hand. Drill starts with D1 defensive slide facing other defenders. When D1 is parallel to D2 he sprints to the player and poke checks. Then goes back and slides to D3 and so on all the way to D6. After D6 coach rolls ball out and D1 gets ground ball and passes to G. D2 now is checker and everyone moves down one spot. Keys of Drill: 1.Quick feet. 2. No lunging with quick hands 3.Transition to slap check and wrap check. D3 D4 D5 D1 D6 GB P1

Straight Cone Dodging Drill Details: All players will dodge at each cone with a different dodge per rotation. Split, Roll, Face, Bull. Coaches will be at every other cone with light pressure. Keys of Drill: 1.Finish dodge in front of next cone. 2. Finish hard. X1 C1 C2 X1 C1 C2 X1 C1 C2 X1 C1 C2
