Statement of problem: Sub District ( Khanom Dok Din) Khanhom Dok Din is one of the typical dessert of Nongtao people. The Dok din (Aeginetia indica) is flower which is usually having flower in rainy season and in the forest, too. The Dok din (Aeginetia indica ) is a kind of herbal which is good for health. It is used medicinally for clearing away heat and toxic materials. It can be found easily around our village. But now new generation in my community (Nongtao village) don’t know its value and how to make this dessert is. This project is to conserve and convince new generation of my community (Nong tao village ) to know the value of dessert and conserve it for further generation.

Objectives: Sub District Cusine ( Khanom Dok Din) 1.To study about community and community cusine of Sukhothai and Bandanlanhoi in topic of Khanom Dok Din, enables me to develop an understanding of my place within my community and conserve it. 2.To compare my experience with my friends and learner aboard, specifically in my own community, country. 3.To use English in order to exchange information and communicate effectively.
