Time of the Gospel The Gospel of Luke was written between 80 – 100 AD

To whom it was written The Gospel of Luke was written to a certain Theophilus, which is Greek for a lover of God. It is not known if Theophilus was a real person. The Gospel is a historical account of Jesus.
