H OMEOWNERS R ESPONSIBILITIES Be a good neighbor; look after each other Keep home and surrounding area clean and free of debris/clutter Pick up after your animals (use leash for walks) Keep grass neatly trimmed (both sides of sidewalk) Respect your neighbors and their property Notify the BOD of any violations or nuisances you are unable to resolve 21

H OMEOWNER R ESPONSIBILITIES Check the website for news and updates Police yourself and be familiar with the covenants and restrictions of Greenbrier (e.g. No storing of RVs and boats.) Get approval BEFORE you build (fence, deck, addition, shed, and etc.) 22
