“ Let Your Imagination Fly”

 Plan to attend FCC training on August 26 th at 10am at BOE  Establish a deadline for entries. (Your schools 1 st and 2 nd place entries are due to Forsyth County Council by: October 29 th between 10a and 12p at the Board of Education).  Make sure your PTA is in good standing.  Look for qualified judges for each category – only 1 st and 2 nd winners in each category for each grade level and 8 special artists for each category will be judged at county council.  Order awards – ribbons, medals, certificates.  Plan reception/celebration

 Get the word out – use school website, local PTA website, morning announcements, eNews, flyers,attend faculty meeting, etc  Offer participation incentives - grants or gift cards  Make entry forms accessible Front office Media Center Send home in book bags Hang poster(s)
