Notice carefully The foods which we have seen contain natural substances and are needed to grow properly, stay healthy and lead a happy life.

But remember You must not eat too much though the food is good.

Because Over eating makes a man fatty and it is bad for health

So We have to eat a certain amount of food that we need for our body. We should keep in our mind that we should not eat the same kind of food in the same quantity. It depends on our growth and structure.

Group Work Firstly make 5 groups each having 6 students and then write down the merits and demerits of proper eating and over eating in 150 words.
