My Australian Life By: Averi Schrews

Dear Pin Pal, My name is Averi and I am twelve years old. I am going to give you a brief presentation telling you how I live and do things in Australia.

welcome I live in the Queenlands Territory and close to the Coral Sea. I don’t have a president running my country instead I have a prime minster. Living in Australia is much like the U.S.

This is where I live. My house is located in Brisbane, Australia. We are a typical family and are consider to be middle class.

Where I go to school. I am in the 6 th grade at Redlands Middle School. Everyone is literate out here and enjoys school.

What my day is like. On a regular day I leave for school at 8:00 am and I get released at 3:30 pm. Next, I go get a snack with my friends while we study. Then, I go home and start my chores.

What to do During the free time you can visit a number of attractions and physical features. Many people come to see Ayers Rock, Sydney Opera House and the Great barrier reef

What I like to do. During my free time I like to play basketball and golf. I also like to go shopping at the mall with my friends.

Sundays On Sundays my family and I attend church. We are catholic. Then after church, we go get something to eat. Then, we go to the grocery store and get the groceries for the week.

Well Pin Pal I have told you about my life here in Australia. I am very interested to see what you do! Bye, Averi
