 Submit transcript electronically on CFNC.org for NC schools  OR see Mrs. Carter, Registrar, in Guidance for a transcript request form  List colleges and scholarships where you would like your transcripts sent  Pick up official transcripts the next day and mail them to the colleges  Exceptions  If a college has a counselor form ask your counselor to prepare transcripts and counselor form  If your student took Sandhills Community College classes in high school he/she will need to request a transcript from Sandhills once class is finished in order to receive college credit. PHS transcript lists Sandhills classes and can be used for college admission purposes. 12
