ISCO Introductions Todd Thorpe – Central Region VP Amy Valentine – ISCO Executive Director, to start 9/9 Pam Decker – ISCO Student Support Coordinator ISCO Principal and Assistant Principal – in process of hiring both, candidates have been selected and have accepted, both to start September 30 th Laura Mayberry – Director of Assessments and Accountability Teri Cady – Director of Academics, state level. Also serving as current ISCO Interim Principal Stacy Altman – Director of Special Services, state level ISCO Operations Manager – in process of hiring new manager

Interventions & Data Conversations Academic Interventions Reports with student data to help teachers support students – Tiered data reports showing student assessment scores and course progress. – Teachers can know their students – Data talks with principals – Pass rate data to compare course to course and teacher to teacher

Enrollment Update Current total: 1137 Enrollments Received Current approved: 671 Total in August 12 start: 430 Late start #1, Monday the 25 th – another 200 Last start #2, Monday the 9 th – predict 100

Engagement Engagement is up as compared to start of year Study Island custom assessment participation is already doubled by October Course participation and progress rates are higher than this time last year. Contributors: – Face to Face enrollment conferences – ILP requirement – Staff contact and support

3-week Compliancy Data on each student for 3 week compliancy in school – Completed assessments – Adequate course progress/log-in time in classes – Completion of ILP and orientation – Students contacted by advisor, teachers, and admin prior to WD in attempt to engage. – Student WDs for those not compliant will occur next week for those from first start – 5 % (30) of students are currently falling into this category of WD risk.

SB Teachers have been through training and are completing the self assessment. Sept PD we are setting targets for student outcomes. Teachers and administration to the new teacher effectiveness evaluation system. ISCO is a pilot school for special services with SB for school year.
