ENGINE IMPROVEMENT Presented by: Muhamad Arif Fadli Ahmad

INJECTION SYSTEM  Fuel efficiency increase  The air-fuel ration can be adjusted to save fuel  The timing of the introduction of the fuel into the combustion chamber can be manipulated  No need for choke during cold start

INCREASED PRESSURE  Increase pressure in the combustion chamber  Can be achieved be putting a turbine or simple rotating fan

AIR FILTER Open pod air filter allows better air flow to the engine, increasing the performance

INVASIVE MODIFICATION MAINJET CHANGES  Increase fuel-air ratio needed for alcohol  Enlarge this opening by anywhere from 20 to 40% IDLE ORIFICE CHANGES (Carburator)  For the engine to run at slowest, or idle, speeds, the air-fuel mixture will pass thru the idle orifice  If it isn't large enough, will not provide the needed amount of air/fuel blend to keep the engine running  May only be necessary to loosen the idle mixture screw at the base of the carburetor  Can be enlarged by 50% ENGINE TIMING  The correct timing advance for a given engine speed will allow for maximum cylinder pressure to be achieved at the correct crankshaft angular position
