BONUS: Mail Merge Basics 1.Save document to Excel 2.Open Word and open a new document, then click on Mailings tab
3. Select “Start Mail Merge”, and then select “Labels” from dropdown list
4. Select Recipients, then select “Use Existing List” from dropdown menu
5. Select saved Reference USA list
6. Select “Insert Merge Field”
7. Insert fields
8. Edit spacing: make sure to put spaces between fields and press “Enter” to start a new line
9. Update Labels
10. Preview Results NOTE: if you are not satisfied with the layout, click on “Preview Results” again to get back to the screen where you can format the fields.
11. Send to printer
