Supporting Getting it Right  Understanding of local systems and their state of readiness to support the housing and sharing of information required by the Getting It Right process;  Technical developments, where required, or augmentation of systems;  Change management and training required for practitioners surrounding the implementation of the messages.  Implementation of the eCare Messaging Framework;  Design and Implementation of Data Standards in relevant systems;

Supporting Getting it Right  Review of existing information sharing protocols, as part of an implementation of an overarching protocol to the Gold Standard, with associated procedures, practitioner guidance and public information - an undertaking required once for all service user groups;  Standards and compliance with information requirements  Advice Getting it Right of issues surrounding Information Sharing  Work closely with Highland
