Dr MargiAnne Isaia, MD MPH PERSPECTIVA „WELLNESS” în promovarea sănătăii, prevenirea bolilor i tratamentul DEFINIIA „WELLNESS” Organizatia Mondiala a Sanatatii (1967): Nu doar absena bolii, ci o stare de completă fizică, mentală, i bunăstarea socială. Hettler (1980): Modelul „wellness” cuprinde ase dimensiuni: sociale, spirituale, fizice, intelectuale, emoionale, i ocupaionale. Institutul National Wellness (2010): Un proces activ, prin care oamenii devin contieni i fac alegeri spre o existenă de mai mult succes.
