Consequences Of Academic Dishonesty  The student receives a zero for the work  They can fail the course  Required to have a hearing  Can be expelled from St. Bonaventure University  It goes on your academic record  Prevents you from getting accepted to other schools

How To Prevent Plagiarism?  Take careful notes (Bullock et al. 107)  Know what sources you must document (Bullock et al. 107)  Be especially careful with online material (Bullock et al. 107)  Check all paraphrases and summaries (Bullock et al. 107)  Check to see that all quotations are documented (Bullock et al. 107)
