The Telephone By: Kati Michelotti

Alexander Graham Bell’s history  There were two main people involved in the creation of the telephone, their names were Alexander Graham Bell and Thomas A. Watson. Alexander had a very interesting life as a child and even into adulthood. Alexander was born on March third 1847 in Edinburgh. He was son to Alexander M. Bell and Eliza G. Symonds. His mother Eliza, was a very accomplished musician and artist but sadly, she began to lose her hearing when her son was about 12 years old. His father was known for being a teacher and the author of textbooks on speech. In 1863, Bell became a teacher at the university of Edinburgh “while he was studying at the University of London.” That was when he got interested in communicating and all it has to offer. When Alexander got older he began experimenting with communication. After he invented the telephone he lived a happy life, he died on August second, The 75 years he lives were very productive and they made man-kind what it is today.  How were they involved  PICTURES PICTURES PICTURES>>>I like visuals…  Get the content in before the bells and the whistles  You may need to narrow your topic a bit  Remember to use visuals (photos, diagrams, etc.)  Each step of the process/slide should include at least one inventor or engineer and their contribution
