Can You Lose Weight While Eating Whatever You Want? By Ciara Connolly, Justine Troiano, and Bernadette Sherwood

Yes You Can!!!! Even though you may have to cut back on processed food you can still lose weight eating whatever you want. Every persons body is different and stores food differently so there is no correct way of doing it. Read more to find out!!!

Burning Calories and Storing Fat When you store fat your body is telling you that you are eating too many calories, and your body can’t burn all of them. The amount of sugar in a product doesn’t tell you how much weight you will gain. And the fat on the nutrition facts label doesn’t tell you how much fat you are storing or burning. It is all based on the calories in the food. Just consider that every thing you eat that isn’t used or burned is stored in your body as fat.

Simple Doesn’t Always Mean Easy! The decisions on when to cut down on calorie intake are harder to choose than you think. When you decide how many calories you are going to consume a day you have to follow through with the plan. There are many ways to go about planning, but first you must overcome one big obstacle…

Overeating Its almost impossible to go through life without being a victim of emotional eating. There are many reasons that vary for different people when they overeat because of emotional eating. There are also the occasional “social eating events” which tend to be another place where the majority of people overeat. Another problem that destroys most people is cravings they are hard to stop, but there are ways to overcome it.

How Do You Do It?! There are two ways to go about losing the extra fat. You can: Practice fasting a few times a week or Limit your calorie intake every day, and if you want to go for it all the way, do both! In the article that we read they show you and example, and we will show it to you. If your Basal Metabolic Rate is 1800 your weight loss plan for next three months might look like this: “Monday: 1300 calories Tuesday: 500 calories (Fasting) Wednesday: 1300 calories Thursday: 500 calories (Fasting) Friday: 1300 calories Saturday: 1800 calories Sunday: 1800 calories” This may not work for everyone because everyone doesn’t have the same metabolic rate. But this schedule is showing on Mon., Wed., and Fri. you should limit your calorie intake. On Tues. and Thurs. you can fast. On the weekend you are with your family and you have two “by days” to just eat a regular amount of calories.
