Presentation transcript:

 Photographers create permanent visual images for a wide range of creative, technical, and documentary purposes. I am interested in being a photographer because every moment must be captured.

 (1) The values of being a photographer is that it changes the way you see things in your daily life.  (2) Tasks and responsibilities vary.  (3) While working with clients, you must be able to communicate.  (4) Working conditions for a photographer can vary depending on their specialty.  (5) A photographer may work business hours or work when their clients need them.  (6) A photographer must have artistic skills, technical knowledge, people and communication skills, etc.  (7) There are no specific secondary education requirements to become a photographer, but useful subjects include art, computer studies, graphic design, math's and English.  (8) Photographers can earn between $35,000 and $100,000 a year. The benefits of being a photographer is that photographer is a great stress reliever and helps inspire your imagination.  (9) Photographers can expect strong competition for job openings because the work is attractive to many people.  (10) Employment of photographers is expected to grow 4% from 2012 to 2022.

 As a photographer, you’d have a schedule for what you are doing each week. Plus, if you would want to live somewhere nice, you’d have to see what your yearly income would because you still have to pay taxes. I would rather live somewhere more modern.

 A photographer could live anywhere because it is a career that is everywhere.

 Photography falls under the category of Arts.

 As a soccer player, you make a career of competing as part of a professional or semi – professional league. To stay in shape, you take five days out of your week to condition for a few hours each day. In addition, you practice with the rest of your team nearly everyday of the week.

 The values of being a professional soccer player is that it develops leadership, sportsmanship, and helps you stay fit.  The tasks and responsibilities of a soccer player are that they must eat right to stay in shape and must be able to work well with others.  As a soccer player, you must communicate on the field and have a good relationship with the team.  The working environment for a soccer player varies. One day it could be raining outside and the next day it could be sunny.  A professional soccer player undergoes a few hours of physical training for at least five days a week.  To become a professional soccer player you must have the ability to run fast and have good footwork.  No education is necessary to become a professional soccer player.  The average salary for professional soccer player jobs is $47,000. Average professional soccer player salaries can vary greatly due to the company, location, industry, experience, and benefits.  Professional soccer players play and get paid for a living.  A professional soccer player travels with their team to go and play against other nations.

 The lifestyle of a soccer player consists of playing on a national team and a league team, so it involves a lot of traveling back and forth. In the beginning years of a league team, you only get $6,000 for March through August. This best fits my lifestyle goal because being a professional soccer player is my dream job.

 A professional soccer player could live almost anywhere because the sport is worldwide.

 A professional athlete falls under the category of sports management.
