Task O 10 The objective of this task shall be to define tools that will allow NRAs to find out what users expect. The project group for this task shall:   highlight early experiences;   make an inventory on the various approaches used;   initiate a dialogue on the findings to provide insight into workable concepts;   disseminate the gathered information through reports or workshops;  submit to the EB a final report with conclusions and recommendations
