Yushu Bear Fishing Plan 海豚星空号 ——D-STARINE—— Purity Eagerness Courage

Project introduction Yushu Bear Fishing Plan, one part of D-Starine's "Holistic Community" Construction Movement, focuses on environmental protection and wildlife care.

Project introduction ★ Why? The wild bears in Yushu Longbao town repeatedly attacked the herdsmen, caused human and livestock casualty.

Project introduction ★ What? 1.The getting caught bears will be transferred 1000km and freed to Hoh-xil National Nature Reserve. In this way, we can protect the safety of the local herdsmen and their property, accomplish the mission assigned by government. 2.We will train local volunteers and mounted policemen to set up a local wildlife patrol system and a wildlife-disaster-prevention movable working station. Various extended public welfare projects will be implemented as well to support the reconstruction of community ecology. 3.We hope to attract more social media and enterprise resources via this hot event, so that more resources will come to help reconstruction and environmental protection.

The Plan Co-operation Mode ★ All team members should be volunteers who take their own cost and risk. Communities in aviation sports, photography, hunting dogs, SUVs, radio communication and audio and video production are welcome.

Business Operation Mode ★ We accept sponsorship of all brands, such as out-door clothing and equipment, SUVs, ATV, nutrition food, digital and electronic products, media and so on

Implementation Plan D-Starine coordinating group organizes and manages the volunteer team The host public relationship company will be in charge of and coordinates with sponsors' teams D-Starine will invite foreign organizations to carry out the wildness survival training D-Starine, foreign experts and local guides in Yushu will compose the detect team. D-Starine, foreign experts and forestry bureau law enforcement agency will compose the fishing team. The transportation team consists of government forestry administration and volunteers from sponsors.

Volunteer Team Structure  Nature of the Action: It is a series of public welfare activities applicable to business operation mode. The project can last for 3 months to 3 years according to the real situation.  Bear Fishing Team --Function Groups

Group 1: Patrol and Fishing team bear trapping and fishing Group 2: Track and Detect team air and ground search, bear tracking, route making and data provision Volunteer Team Structure

Group 3: Patrol Mounted Police United Team a united team consists of Longbao local militia, police and D-Starine, aims at environmental protection. Its responsibilities include regular training and patrol, protection of the safety of herdsmen and wild animals. Volunteer Team Structure

Group 4:Community Creative Reconstruction United Team plan and set up a family hotel for Angwencuomu ( widow of earthquake victim) and her 3 children. The hotel will also function as patrol united team observation work station and reception place for volunteers. In addition, our community reconstruction united team will install weak electricity solar energy fence for those families which had been attacked. Volunteer Team Structure

D-Starine Bear Fishing Action In response to the requirement of Yushu Longbao government, D-Starine will capture and tansfer the wild bears that attacked herdsman and set up a safe pasture area
