F.I.T.  Frequency  Frequency is how often you perform the physical activity.  Safe frequency is 3-5 times a week.  After a work out, muscles require 24 hour recovery time

F.I.T.  Intensity  Intensity is how hard you exercises during  Intensity can be measured by monitoring THR
