Welcome to Back to School Night Family and Consumer Sciences Foods and Nutrition

Mrs. Mellott  Graduated from Shippensburg University  Master’s Degree from Wilkes University  22 years teaching with Central Dauphin  3 rd year at East High School

Foods and Nutrition Class  Food and kitchen safety  A strong focus on using many different appliances and kitchen tools  Measuring correctly to follow recipes  Different baking techniques
