HTM 275: Culinary Tourism Winter 2016 HTM Culinary Tourism Engages learners in the process of understanding the rich and complex food traditions of the United States of America and how an understanding of these traditions contributes to the management of culinary tourism programs. The course involves some food tasting and information on cookery. HTM (3 Credits) Tuesday/Thursday 2:30pm-3:45pm The Meadows Golf Course | Allendale Campus *NO Prerequisites* **Counts as an elective for ALL HTM emphasis areas!** Seats still available for the Winter 2016 semester.
