Benefits Update OPSRP (tier 3) PERS retiree can only work hours per calendar year Pre-retirement worked < Can work up to combined pre-retirement and post- retirement in the year they retire Pre-retirement worked > Can not work post-retirement until the next calendar year Tier One and Tier Two retiree’s count only post- retirement hours towards their limit of 1039 hours

Benefits Update Employee Eligibility Continuation PEBB OAR (b) An employee in a benefits eligible position must have a minimum of 80 paid hours in a month to qualify for benefits coverage in the following month.
