Auditions- Munchkin Chorus Either of the following songs: “Follow the Yellow Brick Road”, or “Ding Dong the Witch is Dead” Munchkin tryouts will in February. Watch for announcements  Munchkin Chorus will begin rehearsals on Mondays towards the end of February November 26, 2015

Rehearsals & Dates Regular practices will be every Monday & Thursday from 3:20-5:00pm Tuesday practices will be added in March Munchkin Chorus will begin rehearsing end of February More rehearsals will be added on other days and practice times will go as late as 6:00, closer to show time Performance Dates are Thursday, May 16, and Friday, May 17

Fees  Main Cast  $70 (includes script fee)  Supporting Cast/ Chorus  $60  Munchkin Chorus  $30  Additional Fees (Amounts TBD)  Scripts  T-Shirts  DVD

Fee Due Dates  Minimum payment of 50% of fees due by 2/23  Remaining payment due by 2/29  Payment Plans available for remaining 50%  Applications are available and must be filled out and returned by first rehearsal  Parts will be recast if payment is not received or arrangements made by 3/1  Payment of cash or check made out to Ryan PTA  No Refunds

Time Commitment  A successful production requires dedicated time from the entire cast and parents  Attendance at rehearsals and performances is mandatory  Start out with 1 or 2 rehearsals a week  Near the performance dates, there will be 3 or 4 a week  Please be flexible, schedules will change to match needs at that time  You can assist by notifying us about any time conflicts as early as possible

Behavior Expectations  This is fun!  Everyone must do their part, by being prepared and supportive of one another  Jeffco Student Conduct Code is in effect  Behavior contract must be reviewed and signed by parents and students  Due by 1/31  Student Conduct Problems will not be tolerated  “Three Strikes and You’re Out” Part will be recast

We Need Your Help  This is a big production and all of your skills and expertise are appreciated and needed!  Costumes  Sets and Props  Publicity  Technical Assistance (Lights and Sound)  Rehearsal Volunteers  Performance Volunteers  Cast Parties  Snacks To volunteer, we will send s and post on the webpage the volunteers needed.
