The purpose of the diploma research is to analyze managing the international competitiveness of an enterprise and to find out the ways to improve it. According to the purpose the following tasks were set in the diploma paper: to identify the main features of competitiveness; to consider the model of an enterprise’s competitiveness; to determine the nature of the economic condition of Globyno Myasokombinat Ltd; to develop a program for the company’s competitiveness improvement; to assess the effect of the proposed measures on the company.
Competitiveness of a company is its ability to use its strengths and focus its efforts in the area of production of goods or services where it can take a market position.

Alternative options of supplies for Globyno Myasokombinat in Hungary are: - establishment of the regional office of the company in Hungary; - a contract with a trading company that will represent the production of Globyno Myasokombinat on the Hungarian market.
The most common organizational legal forms of companies in Hungary are : - a company with limited liability (LLC); - a joint stock company (JSC).
In case of cooperation with Hunland Food KFT Globyno Myasokombinat will pay 15% of its turnover and will not pay any other expenses for sales in Hungary.
