Barking Beagles by Max Howard

What are beagles?  Beagles are a breed of dog that loves to play and have fun!  They are fast cute and playful.  Beagles were used over 400 years ago to hunt rabbits and pheasant.

What do beagles eat?  Beagles don’t hunt in the wild to get their food.  They eat dog food.  Sometimes human food can be bad for them, Especially chocolate and grapes. A dog bowl full of food and for dessert a bone.

Where do beagles live?  You don’t usually find beagles in the wild.  They can be house pets or live on a farm.  They can also be therapy dogs.  They are not usually a guard dog because they are really nice! A pack of beagles with its owner.

What color is a beagle?  Beagles can be black and white, or orange black and white.  They can also be orange and white.  But my beagle is orange and white.

How do beagles hunt?  When beagles hunt they don’t usually kill the animal they fetch it.  Say if there owner shot a bunny it could fetch it.  But if it was a deer or a other big animal it could just sniff it out.

Are beagles nice animals?  Beagles are really nice animals because they don’t usually bite.  Beagles aren't usually used for like guard dogs but they can be.  Beagles can also do lots of tricks.

Who is the Most famous beagle in America? SNOOPY! Snoopy is a beagle off of Charlie Brown! if you didn't know snoopy is a beagle! Snoopy is one of my favorite animal shows!
