Satellite hub station connected to PAeN Data center in India through IPLC link. The recipient countries will be having VSAT terminal with IT and studio equipments. Selected hospitals of PAeN shall be providing TM and CME services. Selected Universities of PAeN shall be providing TE services. Longer duration of implementation Costly solution Regulatory clearances are required. Identification of Location of hub with building etc. time consuming.
