May 14, :00 a.m.Track circuit problem reported cleared., but then reported to occur again.

May 14, :00 a.m.Senior mechanic and second mechanic arrive at Dupont Circle station. OCC made radio broadcast to train operators

May 14, :45 a.m.Senior mechanic and maintenance helper adjust track circuit. Adjustments required the first and second mechanic to return wayside.
