What would we like to be able to do and why?

Academic freedom to experiment and express Be involved in the decision making process Invest in support and training for staff Recognise learners as individuals Need to be able to trust the technology

Only employ people with “kind eyes” Systems that support our desired pedagogic methods Martini support (anytime anywhere) Manage expectation of teacher as well as learner Encourage the independence of the learner by using appropriate tech
