 Jacques Cartier was a French explorer that landed in Quebec in  A winter carnival is held every year from January to February.  Quebec city is 400 years old and is the oldest French speaking community in North America.  Largest Canadian Province.

Poutine is a common food in Quebec. It is made up of fries, Gravy, and cheese curls. Bagels are another tasty meal in Quebec.
