Getting Starting Begin the journey at “servicematters.com” Click on the “Brand Academy” logo All pop-up blockers must be disabled before proceeding. Brand Academy will not function if pop-up blockers are on! Browser must be Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher.

Login Screen The login address should be saved, for easy future access Click on the button marked: “New Users Register Here”

Channel Selection Click on the down arrow to the right of the Channel box

Channel Selection Scroll down and click on “IHSP”

Channel Selection Enter your 6 digit store number If you do not know your store number contact your service manager If you are a non-authorized service company enter “047000” Click “Next” to continue

Registration Screen Complete all required fields on the form, indicates Required field Login and password need to be less than 10 characters Employee ID: Leave Blank

Registration Screen Scroll down and click “Submit”

Registration Complete This screen will appear informing you of your successfully registration Click here to continue to the login screen

Login Input the Login Name and Password that you just created Click “Login”

Course Options Click on the “IHSP” logo to view your available courses More logos will be added to this page in Spring ’06, making sales courses available to learn about features and benefits with Whirlpool, KitchenAid and other products

Course Selection Scroll down to find the course you wish to take and click on “Launch Course”
