People can print it if they want to. When browsing, save a file instead of printing it. Print only what you absolutely need. Print Training : Duplex printing Print only the page you want in a multi-page document Proofread your document on-screen instead of using printouts (print preview)

Who should partake of this? Everyone! Departments should encourage discretion when printing Public labs need print quotas
