 We all have seen subways sandwiches and maybe even tasted some of them, but do you believe that all of there food is “made FRESH in the kitchen every day”.

 The proteins in the white bread at Subway can cause your blood sugar to rise, giving you a burst of energy also causing your blood sugar to accelerate, this can also cause you to become overweight.

 Whole wheat bread at subway is enriched, which means it has lots of sugar and fat.

 Subways meat in subs contain high salt nitrates and are processed.

 Subways veggies have a dangerous plastic chemical called Azodicarbonamide that is used in rubber materials. This was taken out in February 2014 because of a petition online.

In the 1800’s and the 1900’s bread would go old in 2- 3 days and start to grow mold about a day after that. But now we can buy bread that stays soft and moist for up to 2 weeks, maybe even longer. Azodicarbonamide is good for a few things. 1. Used for a bleaching agent (makes the bread look whiter) 2. Makes bread more moist 3. Help bread rise better Theses things can only happen and still be healthy and if you stay under the limit percent (45 parts per million).

 It is true that Subways veggies contain some nutrients. However, most of the veggies at Subway are not organically grown. Most of their vegetables are GMO foods. GMO foods are grown artificially by incorporating foreign genes that may come from bacteria, viruses, insects, animals or even humans into the vegetables. Studies show GMO foods can be toxic and cause allergic reaction. Also, the vegetables have been previously sprayed with insect repellants and herbicides, which has been scientifically proven to poison the body (they use this to kill plants and unwanted vegetation). Furthermore, Subway uses additives to preserve some of their veggies and actually add yellow food coloring to their banana peppers. Different to their “EAT FRESH” claims, Subway widely uses sodium benzoate as another additive in their veggies, meat and sauces. Sodium benzoate has been known to trigger allergies and is possibly harmful when combined with vitamin C
