My Business Doesn't have a name (big problem?) Only one employee (keeps profit high) Started in 2002 (worst decision ever) Definitely not expanding (keeps headaches down)

Software For Virus Repair: Avast! Anti-Virus For Custom Content: Adobe Web Premium Suite CS3 For Billing: Adobe Acrobat CS3 Scheduling Software: Blackberry OS 4.5

Current Workflow.

Problems with Current Workflow Don't get paid in an orderly manner. Don't gather maximum profit due to turning down most jobs. Losing profit due to mailing invoices. Many jobs to keep up with week to week.

Possible Solutions to Fix Problems Request payment on job site. (Not always seen as the most polite option) Could possibly hire other employees to help with work load. (Risk of more headaches dramatically increases.) Also...

Hire an Assistant! Keeps up with the jobs through a proper schedule. Takes all the phone calls and deals with all the annoying people. (Good because more jobs will likely be accepted!)

New & Improved Workflow.

Better Plan? Employees would increase jobs accepted so would probably cover costs of their wages. Assistant would be great and would increase jobs. Immediate payment isn't likely to lose any clients and yet cuts down on the headaches for myself and any additional costs
