Ignite Goal(s)/ Concluding statement By the end of Ignite, on demo day, we want to be able to stand on stage and say the following (some example sentence starters to choose from): We tested whether X is better than Y and learned that… We tested whether X leads to Z and quantified that... We talked to A and used that knowledge to influence B... We built and tested [your product] and found that… We tested new ways of delivering [your service] and found... We tested ways to improve [your process] and measured...

Number of Interviews Conducted since Boot Camp: ____ Top 3 Updates / Insights / Stories you’d like to share: ● Top 3 (if any) Questions / Barriers you’d like to bring up (to be discussed at the end) ● Month 3 Summary

Show us what you’ve made We’ll have adobe connect or gotomeeting or something that will allow you to share your screen so that you can give us a live demo of your prototype (whatever that means for your project). We’ll probably ask about the story arc of your product: What did earlier versions of this prototype look like? What do you think your next version might look like? How did you engage your customers to get to this particular product? And so on...

Where along the project maturity spectrum would you say you are? Discovery Alpha Beta Pilot user needs are researched and identified a prototype is built to meet the main user needs the service is improved and tested the service is officially ‘live’ to some users Phased Implementation ? Move this!

What do you want to do next? Do you have post-Ignite desires? Do you want / need to make a pitch for funding and/or support to do that next step?

Appendix The following slides are carry-over from the Month 1 presentations. You should include them here as appendixes, copying and pasting them and also updating each of them as you see fit. Please your slides in advance to Read & Will. Obviously you can reference these in your presentation, but we’ll also look at them ourselves and might ask questions about things that catch our eye.

Your Plain Language Explainer 1 to 3 lines that summarize your Ignite effort (problem, goal, etc) This is written like you’re talking to a 6 year old.

Vision Statement Look 5 years out and describe -- as concretely as possible | with as much specificity as you can -- where you’d like to be and the benefits of being there. Consider the following: How do you know whether you would have made an impact? What are the key metrics or measurements that would indicate that? Will you have saved people time? (who?) Will you have saved people money? (who?) Will you have saved lives? (who?) Will you have improved a service? (how?)
