“Delivering as One” is piloting ways to improve UN support in programme countries. Uruguay
The eight pilots have developed different models to Deliver as One.

The main criteria for setting priorities are national challenges and opportunities, UNCT capacity/comparative advantage, and alignment of key actors to support the UNCT. Rwanda signs its One Programme. The government strongly supports Delivering as One.

Delivering as One helps “decrease fragmentation, duplication and internal competition for resources.”
Remaining challenges include funding, business practices, transaction costs, alignment, and use of national capacities.

Donors are creating an expanded “Delivering as One” funding window.
