Energie team member Paul Simpson’s football career ended due to a knee injury. Pilling on the pounds and unsure where to turn when Paul saw a photo of himself on holiday he realised he needed to do something about his unhealthy, inactive lifestyle. He joined a Lifetime Academy programme and has since completed a Level 3 PT, also with Lifetime.
