Davids; P.C.Burkimsher - 5/17 EN-ICE Workshop – 23 April 2009 Our first line-support deals with the following requests: Technical standard PVSS and Framework requests Administrative Licence requests and sub-licence agreements We do not directly deal with Front-End, DSS, LabView and Unicos requests REMEDY is our main tool to follow up active support exchanges If needed, support cases are moved from REMEDY into SAVANNAH First line support cases are often solved directly by REMEDY exchanges Sometime we pass by at the client’s promises to understand the problem More complex issues are passed on directly the relevant specialist PVSS First-Line Support
