EXPERT HYPNOTIST Expert hypnotist is someone who works for the country as a hypnotist. His job would consist of two parts:  INTEROGATING CRIMINALS and  EVALUATING PEOPLE on important services. During the process, two hypnotists would be present – one as witness. He would also cooperate with police, if they needed to interogate a suspect. If that person refused to do the interogation under hypnosis, we would assume that he is impeeding the investigation. A position of an expert hypnotist would last for 15 years. During this time, an expert hypnotist would be allowed to work only for the country. It would be a very well paid job. Only after leaving the position of an expert hypnotist, he would be able to open his private office.

How ethnical would that be? A question of ethics is very important, because with hypnosis we look into person‘s deepest secrets, desires and wishes. Every hypnotist would have to declare under oath that he will protect his client‘s secrets. BUT! Nevertheless, this oath can be broken by an expert hypnotist if he is given a warrant to do so in order to protect or help the country. This would be used on prisoners and important leaders and politicians (about that later). Every interogated person would be asked a series of questions. First he would be answering them before the hypnosis. Then, he would be asked the same questions under the hypnosis.

Interogating criminals That part of his job would be which would give us clearer insight into their personality. That would help us understand their (criminal) behaviour and what actually led them to that. Moreover, the system of punishment would change. Prisoners would no longer just sit around in jail, but they would be forced to do community service which they hate the most. That may sound cruel, but prisons are nowadays almost better than the outside world (and some people are coming back on purpose).  With working prisoners the country would spare some money which would be invested into development or welfare.

Evaluating people on important services We believe that evaluating people under hypnosis would place the right people on important and managerial positions. Therefore there would be less frauds and corruption. Moreover, we would test all important people that are already involved in politics. At the begining many people would have to leave their job because they would turn out as untrustworthy, which would consequenlty open new jobs. Every person that would apply for an important job, would go through a process of hypnosis. Otherwise we could assume that he is up to no good. After evaluation, the expert would give his opinion wether this person can be trusted, but he would not reveal why (because of the oath).

OUR DREAM EDUCATION or How to become an (expert) hypnotist? An education for this job would be actually very difficult. Hypnotist would have to know human nature extremely well. Also, it would be very importat to know how human body works.  Therefore, the study programe would consist of several subjects that are somehow connected with human nature.

Welcome to college The (new) study program would be a part of Faculty of Medicine  it would be called Studies of Hypnosis. Every year only 10 students would be accepted to this programme. The criteria to inscribe to a college would be very strict. Students would have to achieve high marks on final exams in high school.  Only the best of the best would be accepted. It would take (at least) 5 years to graduate.

Subjects would be taken from various fields of science, such as:  Psychology: to learn about mental processes, personality and human behaviour;  Anthropology: to learn about culture, because it affects someone‘s behaviour;  Medicine: because it‘s important to know how human body works (hormone activity, brain damage, nervous system...);  Chemistry: to learn which chemicals influence on someone‘s behaviour;  Sociology: How a person acts in ceratin culture and how this affects him;  Law: This would be included, because with hypnosis we would help to interogate criminals

Judicial exam Those who would graduate with top marks would also be able to take the judicial exam. If they passed it, they would become expert hypnotists. But just taking the exam would be too easy. This is why a candidate would have to pass a 3- year internship under a supervision of another expert hypnotist.

Expert hypnotists would have to retake judicial exam every 5 years in order to retain the position. Also this is how the would refresh their knowledge or upgrade it. Every 2 years these expert hypnotists would have to go through a hypnosis in order to confirm that they are stil trustworthy and that they are loyal to the country.
