Word 1: Decipher Def: To discover the meaning of something that is in code or written poorly Sent: Principal Miller tried to decipher the pictures scribbled on the wall.

Word 2: Mythology Def: Stories that deal with gods and goddesses of ancient times Sent: The pictures seemed to portray some mythological story about a Greek-like god.

Word 3: Serene Def: Calm and peaceful Sent: The god sat serenely on a white cloud above a temple.

Word 4: Mutiny Def: A rebellion by soldiers or sailors to overthrow their commander Sent: The week previous, the teachers had mutinied and tried to overthrow Mr. Miller.
