Monique Coleman, MPA From Graham, Texas (by Possum Kingdom Lake) Attended Texas Tech University –Received Bachelors and Masters from Tech Worked for the City of Lubbock during Masters program Joined the City of Plano in October 2006 Have completed 4 neighborhood plans in Plano, two of which were adopted by City Council Have conducted one Neighborhood Workshop for Plano

Neighborhood Action Plans A Neighborhood Plan is a set of recommendations about how to improve a given area of a city. These recommendations are used to guide decision-makers in future projects pertaining to the neighborhood.
