Strengthening of human capacities (2) Simulation Centers: Scenarios & manual development: –Finalizing check-lists for the scenarios, fine-tuning of the ‘playing’ of scenarios –Supporting training from supplier on software –Common meeting in Dec’13 Proceed with the first trainings!!! Visit of Swiss experts to Ivano-Frankivsk & Volyn, Teams & facilities upgrade upon need Strategic planning in the regions; communication with national stakeholders
