Didactic Pedagogical Conditions Of Barriers Overcoming In The Process Of Teachers’ And Students’ Educational Co-operation -to find out the essence of the concept of "educational barrier" on the basis of psychological and educational literature -to describe the main features of educational barriers -to identify the main directions and approaches to classification of educational barriers -to identify the most common groups of the most actual educational barriers -to clarify the essence of the "educational cooperation" concept -to justify the educational environment providing successful educational barriers overcoming in the process of an educational cooperation - to develop a technology, strategy and tactics to overcome educational barriers

Educational Barriers The object of the work is the process of educational cooperation of teachers and students in higher educational institutions. The subject of the work is teaching conditions that contribute to the successful educational barriers overcoming in the process of an educational cooperation between the teacher and the student.

The hypothesis of work based on the assumption that the quality of the educational process can be significantly increased if we create the necessary conditions to overcome educational barriers and develop an educational system of their actions

Didactic Conditions - to ensure the subjects’ capabilities to learn more about the educational barriers and overcome them in the process of educational cooperation; - to provide the ideas about the positive cooperation experience in the process of a favourable emotional and psychological climate creating in class.

The Pedagogical Experiment The teachers and the students of the first year of study, the English Philology and Translation Department, Alfred Nobel University in Dnipropetrovsk participated in the given experiment

ASCERTAINING EXPERIMENT -on the first ascertaining stage we have specified criteria and indicators of successful barriers overcoming. - ascertaining experiment was carried out in two phases. In the first phase, the pedagogical problems barriers overcoming in higher educational establishments were examined via Pilot study.

Pedagogical Results 41.6% of respondents - a relatively stable interest to the given problem; 45.8% of respondents - the situational interest 12.4% of respondents - there was no interest to the problem.

The Results Of Psychological Tests 53.6% of respondents - the normal level of empathy; 10.4% of the respondents - the high level of empathy; 36% of respondents - the low level of empathy.

Formative experiment Implementation of the first didactic condition has been carried out with the students of the experimental group by introducing special topics modules on the study of the lectures content in the course of the discipline "Pedagogy". Implementation of the second condition was carried out in the process of situations and training creation in the classroom.
