Issues to think about People value working with others of different ages – they see more benefits – especially knowledge sharing - than problems Age is not seen as important – it is the different values that can cause problems Not all conflict is bad – some stimulates creativity and innovation Appetites for different provisions vary but all are valued
Many values and priorities are shared across age groups but there is a strong link between life- stage and working experience on work priorities
