 Prepared 1.5 Metric Tons of 18.2 M  Water in Acid-Leached HDPE Carboys  Provided by NSF/SRC Center for Environmentally Benign Semiconductor Manufacturing (fabrication water) at U of A  Includes UV treatment for TOC reduction and disinfection  < 1 ppb TOC  All trace metals including Be are below 2.5 ppt detection limit of ICPMS Water Targets - Preparation Clean room: NSF semiconductor fabrication center for ultra pure water, University of Arizona
