Grated potato pancakes
Ingridients 1kg potatoes Eggs 100g salt pork 150g ham 2 onions 2 table-spoons of flour salt,papper sour cream or creme fraiche cowberry jam or cranberry jam parsely
Grate the potatoes and squeeze out the water.
Chop the onions, ham and salted pork into small cubes and fry on a pan.
Add them to the grated potatoes. Next add the eggs and season with salt and papper. Mix with hands or a wooden spoon.
Form the cakes and fry them until they are golden.
Serve them with blood sausages and/or medium fried bacon and fresh parsley.
Best to be eaten with sour cream and crowberry jam.
